Policy conference ‘European Test Method & Validation Strategy’
Need for prioritisation, coordination & structural funding

The aim of the conference is to discuss with European policy advisers and decision makers how to accelerate the availability of regulatory accepted test methods for European chemicals risk assessment.  The conference will aim to discuss and bring together the building blocks for the European Test Method & Validation Strategy (see figure): 1) Test method development: Regulatory needs & Priority setting, 2) Efficiency of the validation process - priority setting, 3) Regulatory preparedness, 4) Financial mechanisms and 5) Overall governance.
